Soccer Shots Queen NW Policies & Procedures

REFUND POLICY:

• Refunds or credits will not be issued for cancelled sessions or seasons due to natural disaster, government emergency, health crisis or force majeure (act of god).
• No refunds or credits will be issued after week 3 of the season for regularly scheduled (in-person) programming.
• Refunds or credits requested prior to week 3 of the season for regularly scheduled (in-person) programming will be given for the remaining sessions only. All requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to a Soccer Shots representative. Notification must be received 24 hours PRIOR to the session.
• Full refunds minus a $25 fee apply when the withdrawal of a student is received in writing 3 weeks prior to the start of any season.
• No refunds will be issued after week 3 of the season.
• Should Soccer Shots find it necessary to remove a child from a class, a refund will be issued after deduction for classes already attended.
• The annual enrollment fee is non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for failure to attend a make-up class.
• Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled class.

PICTURE POLICY:

• In a concerted effort to safeguard our families’ digital privacy rights, Soccer Shots employees will not take pictures of participants without approval from parents.
• Parents are welcome to take pictures of their own children, but we ask that they consider and respect other families’ privacy. Should you have any questions or concerns, or would like to report an issue related to privacy or safety, please contact [email protected].

MAKE-UP CLASSES & CANCELLATIONS:

• Soccer Shots will make every effort to determine the status of class no later than 1 hour before the scheduled start time of class, based on available hourly weather forecasts and field closures beyond our control. We will cancel classes due to adverse weather conditions with short notice or while class is in progress if the safety of the children is in question. If we do cancel a class, we will notify you via email and text.
• Make up classes may be held on a different day or time than the regularly scheduled class.
• During spring, summer and fall seasons, whenever possible, we will use indoor space during inclement weather.
• Soccer Shots will make up a maximum of two classes due to inclement weather (extreme cold, heat, or rain).
• During the winter season, if your school or center is closed on a Soccer Shots day due to snow or other weather-related issues, we will work with your school or center to reschedule up to one cancelled sessions or offer a make up session at a different location and time.
• Make up classes are not guaranteed to be accommodated for other reasons outside weather cancellations.
• We will use the email address and phone number we have on file for cancellation updates. Please check your security and spam settings to allow emails from Soccer Shots. If you use Gmail, please make sure to check the promotions folder.
• Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be made

ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL POLICY:

• Parents must sign out children from after-school programs at their childcare center. Parents are expected to arrive a few minutes before the session is complete.
• If your child is to be picked up by someone other than yourself, please note the authorized pickup person on the registration.

ENROLLMENT FEE

A non-refundable $45.00 enrollment fee will be charged if it is your first time enrolling for Soccer Shots within a year (365 days). An official Soccer Shots jersey is included with the yearly enrollment fee.

The enrollment fee allows us to cover administrative costs such as facility fees, season certificates and prizes, coach background checks, and software development that will enhance your Soccer Shots experience.
